Initial Meeting and Brainstorming

A meeting between ourselves and the client is our first step to beginning the mind-mapping process of our project. We will want to dive right into the details of your business, your brand, your market, and most importantly what you desire for the project to achieve. Having answers for questions such as “What is your primary goal through working with us?”, “What type of features or capabilities will you need this project to have?” and “What is your brand / businesses values and mission?” will be valuable in the beginning to make future decisions on the projects tone, color schemes, typography, and overall visual identity online. We will spend some time looking over other examples of similar projects from companies within your niche to get a better idea of what type of competition we will need to take that step ahead.

Once we have outlined all of the details of the project to the best of our ability, RayneBowTech will begin mocking up the time and scope of the project to finalize a price for the client. With a heightened focus on companies that need to reserve as much of their revenue as possible, we facilitate a wide variety of payment options including pay-as-we-go , up-front payment (receives a 20% discount), and Half-Start / Half-End. We want to be able to generate the revenue that your business deserves, and we understand that sometimes you may need that added exposure to begin making these moves. If there are ever any issues with payments or ability to make payments on schedule, please do not hesitate to discuss these things with us. We are human too! 🙂

Hatching Out the Designs

This stage of our process begins to bring the ideas, your brand and all encompassing features to the drawing board. We begin creating multiple design layouts that follow your specific brand / business and begin addressing styles that fit your values. Our team will work through multiple design layouts, create the workflows of the design, and render a few proposals that we will be able to review together. In the creation process, we are looking for criticism from the client in areas where the message is missed, or something has more importance. This is the last stop before Building out the Project.

Building Out the Project

Once a design prototype has been chosen by the client we begin creation of the pages. We begin with the creating the curated design to the pages, we then add our additional features such as linked social accounts, e-stores, subscription services and more unique tools.

Once we have reached the scope of what the client intends for the project to achieve, we begin the process of advertising optimization. This portion we begin aligning SEO tools to seek your page before the competition. Our intention at this point in the project is to connect the statistical data needed to review how the project is benefitting the users and the client.

Review and Launch Party

Once the team has come to agreement on the full scale of the project, we setup a meeting with the client and all personnel needed to approve the launch. This meeting will review all functionality, design aspects, error deterrence, on-going maintenance, scalability, user-satisfaction expectations, statistical data availability and a few other topics if necessary. After our meeting group has unanimously decided that the project is ready for the public, we setup a Launch Party Date. This date and time will need to be specified, especially if you are planning to have a kickoff or countdown to launch day!
