Business Systems Development

Systems that keep your business running — while your team builds its future.

I design and build integrated software systems that take the repetitive operating weight off your team. Dashboards you actually control, live tracking that tells you the truth, and marketing, communication and data pipelines that do the work overnight and have it waiting for you in the morning — because AI should do the typing, not the deciding.

What I Build

Five systems that carry the operating load

Every build is assembled to fit — your workflows, your tools, your budget. These are the capabilities I combine to get there.

Fully customisable dashboards

One screen that finally shows your business as it actually is. Built around your metrics and your language — not a template's idea of what matters.

  • Role-based views per team
  • Drag-to-arrange widgets
  • Live data, not yesterday's export

Live tracking & status ops

Know the state of every order, job, asset and integration the moment it changes — and get told when something needs a human before a customer notices.

  • Real-time status boards
  • Threshold & anomaly alerting
  • Escalation that reaches the right person

Marketing operations

Campaigns that segment themselves, draft themselves and queue themselves overnight — so the only thing left for you in the morning is deciding what goes out.

  • Behaviour-triggered journeys
  • AI-drafted copy, your voice, your approval
  • Attribution back to revenue, not just opens

Communication pipelines

Every inbound message classified, routed and escalated by policy, with a reply already drafted and waiting. Nothing sits unread in a shared inbox because the one person who checks it was out.

  • Unified email, form, SMS & chat intake
  • AI triage, with the reply already drafted
  • Full thread history on the record

Data pipelines

Your systems stop disagreeing with each other. Data moves on a schedule, arrives clean and validated, and every number traces back to where it came from.

  • Scheduled & event-driven syncs
  • Validation, dedupe & reconciliation
  • One source of truth across tools

Consultation & foundations

Not sure what you need yet? That is a perfectly good place to start. We map what you have, what it costs you, and the smallest build that moves the needle.

  • Autonomous systems consultation
  • Ground-up foundation building
  • Scaling through steady iterations

Built to fit

Your budget and your goal are the whole brief

The size of your business has never been the limiting factor. A two-person shop and a national operation need the same thing from me — an honest read on what is slowing them down and a system sized to fix it.

Tell me what you want done and what you have to spend. I will tell you what that buys, what it does not, and what I would build first if the money were mine. If a smaller build gets you 80% of the result, I will say so.

Where everyone starts

The Operations Audit — $2,400, two weeks.

Before anyone builds anything, it is worth knowing what the manual parts of your business are actually costing you. So that is what I sell first: two weeks, a fixed fee, and a document you own outright.

If you decide to build with me within sixty days, the fee comes off the build. If you don't, you keep the plan and you are free to take it to anyone — it is written so that you can.

  • Two working sessions with you and the people doing the work
  • A map of every system, and where data breaks between them
  • Your top five manual processes, ranked by what they cost a year
  • What to automate first — and what to leave alone
  • A costed build plan, in plain language, that belongs to you

The first three audits are half price while RayneBowTech is new. Details.

How I Work

Foundation first, then steady iterations

No twelve-month rebuilds that land obsolete. I put something useful in your hands early, then compound it.

01

Consultation

We walk your operation and find where time actually leaks. You get a plain reading of what to automate, what to leave alone, and what it costs.

02

Foundation

The groundwork everything else stands on — clean data, connected systems, one reliable source of truth. Built from zero if that is what you have.

03

Build & integrate

Dashboards, tracking and pipelines built into the tools your team already opens every morning. Adoption is part of the deliverable.

04

Iterate & scale

Each cycle takes another manual process off your plate. The system gets more capable while your headcount stays focused on growth.

Who I Work With

Businesses that outgrew their spreadsheets

Roughly five to seventy-five people, where the owner or an operations manager is still personally in the workflow — and can decide to fix it without convening a committee.

Owner-operated

You are the operations department. Automation here buys back the evenings and weekends you currently spend on admin — usually starting with one pipeline, not a platform.

Growing past the workaround

The spreadsheet that quietly became the business, and the three tools that do not talk to each other. I connect what exists before proposing anything new.

A department inside something bigger

One team with its own budget and its own mess, that does not want to wait eighteen months for central IT. Scoped to what a department can sign for.

Not a fit? If you need a vendor security review, a signed MSA negotiated by a legal department and a nine-month procurement cycle, I am not set up for that and I will say so on the first call rather than waste a quarter of your time.

Tell me the budget and the goal.

That is genuinely all I need to find the right fit. Every enquiry gets a straight answer within one business day — including when the answer is that you do not need me yet.
