Free, and genuinely no-obligation. You describe what is slowing you down and what you can invest. I tell you honestly whether this is worth doing.

Assessment

I map the systems you have, where data breaks between them, and which manual processes cost the most hours. Findings come back in plain language.

Proposal & scope

A specific plan against your budget: what gets built, in what order, what it costs, and what it is expected to give back. Third-party costs identified up front.

Foundation build

The groundwork: data model, integrations, and the first capability that earns its keep. Built to be extended, not replaced.

Handover & training

Your team learns the system on their real work, not on demo data. Everything documented so you are never dependent on one person — including me.

Iterate or stop

We review what it actually returned. If another cycle is worth funding, we scope it. If it is not, I will tell you that too.

How I work

A few commitments worth stating plainly

AI does the typing, you do the deciding: By default, anything that reaches a customer or moves money is prepared by the system and released by a person. Fully unsupervised action is available, but it is a deliberate upgrade with its own controls — never something that arrives by accident. The four levels.
You own it: The code, the data and the documentation are yours. Built on standard, well-supported technology — never a black box only I can open.
Smallest build first: If a narrower system gets you most of the result for a fraction of the cost, that is what I will recommend — even when the bigger build would pay me more.
Honest scoping: If your budget does not cover what you are asking for, you will hear that in the first conversation rather than halfway through the invoice.
Transparent third-party costs: Physical networking and IT functions carry additional charges and may involve outside vendors. Those are quoted and agreed before any work begins, then reflected on the bill.
