What We Build

Integrated systems, assembled to fit your business.

These are not products off a shelf. Each capability below is built into the way your organisation already works — then combined into the smallest system that solves your actual problem.

01 — Dashboards

Fully customisable dashboards

Most dashboards fail because they show what the tool could measure rather than what you actually decide on. We start from the questions you ask every Monday morning and build backwards from there.

Every widget is configurable, every view is scoped to a role, and the whole layout is yours to rearrange as the business changes — without calling a developer.

  • Drag-to-arrange widgets, saved per user and per role
  • Live figures pulled straight from source systems
  • Drill from a headline number down to the individual record
  • Export to PDF and scheduled email digests
  • Readable on a phone at a job site, not just a desk monitor

02 — Live Tracking

Live tracking & status ops

The expensive problems are rarely the ones you can see. They are the order that quietly failed to sync at 2am and surfaced as an angry phone call three days later.

Status ops closes that gap. Every job, order, asset and integration reports its own state continuously — and when something drifts, the system tells the right person before the customer finds out.

  • Real-time boards for operations, dispatch and support
  • Threshold, anomaly and silence detection
  • Escalation chains that respect who is actually on
  • Automatic retries before a human is ever paged
  • Full incident history for the post-mortem

03 — Autonomous Marketing

Marketing that keeps working after hours

Most small teams market in bursts — a push when someone has a spare afternoon, then months of silence. Autonomous marketing replaces the burst with a loop that never stops turning.

Behaviour triggers the journey, AI drafts the copy in your voice, you keep approval over anything that goes out, and the system moves spend and attention toward whatever is actually converting.

  • Behaviour and lifecycle triggered journeys
  • AI-drafted copy trained on your tone — you approve
  • Continuous testing without anyone running the test
  • Budget that follows measured performance
  • Attribution back to revenue, not just opens

04 — Communication

Communication pipelines

A shared inbox is a single point of failure wearing a friendly name. The message that matters most is usually the one that arrived while the person who checks it was on holiday.

We put every inbound channel through one policy-driven pipeline: understood, answered where it is safe to answer, routed where it is not, and escalated when it is urgent — with the whole thread recorded against the customer.

  • Email, web forms, SMS and chat in one intake
  • AI triage that classifies intent and urgency
  • Instant acknowledgement so nobody waits in silence
  • Clean handoff to a human with full context attached
  • Every exchange logged against the customer record
Inbound Routing 0 UNREAD CHANNELS IN Email Web form SMS Live chat AI Triage INTENT URGENCY CUSTOMER MATCH OUTCOME Answered Known question, instant Routed To the right person Escalated Urgent — paged now EVERY MESSAGE ACKNOWLEDGED IN SECONDS — NOTHING SITS UNSEEN FULL THREAD WRITTEN BACK TO THE CUSTOMER RECORD

05 — Data Pipelines

Data pipelines that agree with each other

When two reports disagree, everything above them stops being trustworthy — and someone starts keeping a private spreadsheet. That spreadsheet is where good decisions go to die.

Pipelines move your data on a schedule and on events, validate it before it lands, reconcile the disagreements, and leave a trail from any figure back to the record it came from.

  • Scheduled and event-driven synchronisation
  • Validation and dedupe before anything is written
  • Rejected rows quarantined and reported, never dropped
  • Reconciliation across systems that disagree
  • Lineage from headline number to source record

Finding the right fit

Two things decide what we build

What you want done

Described in your words, not in software terms. “Our techs waste an hour a day on paperwork” is a better brief than “we need a workflow engine” — because it tells me what success actually looks like.

What you have to spend

A real number, even a rough one. It is not a negotiating position — it is the constraint that decides whether we build the whole system now or the highest-value slice of it first.

Physical networking and IT work is billed separately. On-site cabling, hardware, network installation and similar physical IT functions are an additional charge, and may involve third-party vendors. Any such costs are quoted and agreed with you first, then reflected on the bill — nothing appears as a surprise.

Not sure which of these you need?

That is the normal starting point, and working it out is free. Tell me what is slowing you down and roughly what you can invest — I will tell you which of these actually helps.
